Upon ordering medication the representative called my telephone tell ing me i needed to send an amazon gift card for payment $100.00 +$40.00 overnight fee. "james" then called me again telling me i needed to send and addional $145.00 because there is a minimum of 100 tablets. He told me to again get another amazon card. And i will get my order in 30 hours. Next morning was told they have no idea who took my order they never received the two cards totaling $285.00 what can i do or file against the company they will not honor 100%satisfaction guaranteed or a reship of the 100 prescribed tablets please help were can i go from here i hit this customer service man "james"admits responsibility but i call at least 3 times aweek since November 3 2018 and still no refund help me p!ease
