Complaint: Computer Software support is a RIP off and a fraud. I was promised a windows upgrade and the installation of Microsoft 13. I paid $48. Instead of an upgrade, the company wiped out my computer files and drivers. The support tech Quincey got mad with me because I asked him a question pertaining to the installation. He canceled my account without my permission and without completing the install. My money was never refunded even though that was represented. I ended up having to call in a computer tech and paying $200 to fix my computer. This company is a fraud and needs to be investigated.
