I carried on a smaller bag and a small shoulder bag with my tablet computer. I was charged $45.00 for the largest bag. The agent looked at my two carry on bags and said that they were free. The larger of the two carry on bags fit easily in the overhead storage. The shoulder bag was stored under the seat in front of mine. When I arrived in Ft. Lauderdale and tried to board the second plane, I was told that I had to pay for the larger carry on bag. I was sent to Customer Service about 50 yards away to pay. No one was there. I went back to the boarding area and told them. They saw the Coustomer Service person sitting by a window taking a break. They called her to go back to Customer Service desk. I met her at the Customer Service desk and she sent me back to the boarding area and I told them that the Customer Service person sent me back to pay the fee there. I assumed that it would be another $45.00. I was shocked when she said that it was $100.00. I complained but there was nothing I could do if I wanted to get home. In total it cost me $439.79 to get home from Las Vegas.
