I ordered a costume and also paid for the rush delivery. I called when it didn’t arrive and they said it hadn’t been shipped yet. I said don’t send it and give me a refund (there was no way it would arrive in time for Halloween). They shipped anyway to the wrong address. They said send the costume back to them and they would give me a refund. nWhen I never recieved the costume after two weeks of waiting they admitted they shipped to the wrong address. They said the costume was returned to them so they would give me a refund. nThat was the last time I heard from them. I have the emails to prove all of this. I would like someone to shut them down. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau (U.S. and Canada) so maybe other people wouldn’t get ripped off by them. nDO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM nBriannLincoln, NebraskaU.S.A.
