I ordered a pair of their covert carry shorts on 7/10/14 and my credit card was billed on the same day. After several weeks, I still had not received my order. I called their telephone number listed on their contact page. I never was able to talk to anybody. I left several messages as per the instuctions given by their automated answering system and never heard back from them. I also filled out their contact form to try and get the situation resolved. They responded to my first attempt and stated that my order would be shipping soon. I have since called and left messages on several occassions as well as well as sent more messages on their contact form with no response. I filed a complaint with the BBB, Strykr’s response was that I was sending my emails to the wrong address and to please correct my error. How that is possible since I used their form on their website and hit submit I don’t understand. I didn’t have to enter a address to send it to because it was their form and they had responded once before using the same form. My credit card company is investigating this as a fraud case.
