Complaint: Sun West Mortgage company is harassing me and I dont have a loan with them. I have suffered through threatening phone calls, they have contacted my family, coworkers, and stole money from my checkings account. When I called the company to inform them again to leave me alone and that I do not have an account with them I was told that they can’t remove my information from their system. I have contacted an attorney and I plan to sue them. Beware of this company. They lie and steal!
