Complaint: I have been visiting the Suparossa Italian Restaurant in Woodridge, Illinois for over ten years. Before this year, the restaurant was one of my favorite Italian restaurants to eat at. The enviroment used to be friendly, familiar, and wonderful. The first of this year, everything changed for the worse. New management came in and the service has been absolutely horrific since then. The main reason I feel ripped off is because during one of my visits in March, I was convinced by my server to sign up for a “frequent diners program”” According to the sign up sheet
