I reserved round-trip transportation for my trip to Houston. Unfortunately, for my return trip to the airport, the van never showed up. I contacted customer service and was on the phone for over an hour while the customer service rep was allegedly locating the van, locating the local dispatcher, locating a supervisor. I resorted to taking a private cab only to miss my flight. The customer service rep’s blatant refusal to cure this situation was solidified by her statement of “I don’t know what to tell you.”” I missed my flight
