I tried to purchase an item off the website and was told they don’t accept credit cards for purchases over 743 euro so I was asked to make a wire transfer. After I made the wire transfer to their : BANKIA (the former name of the bank is Caja Madrid) account I was told to wait a few days before they would give me a tracking number. Never heard back from them and have now had to file a police report.. I demand refund to the bank account. Stay away
