I paid in full for advertising in April 2019. Tablets were supposed to be placed in 2 restaurants in the Fall of 2019. By October I called asking for a refund. I was told a refund check would be mailed in January 2020. Still no check and the billing department is vague about the refund. I paid with a credit card and asked for a refund on my credit card but they refused. I tried to file a complaint with my credit card & dispute the charge but too much time had lapsed. Check out the Better Business Bureau reviews on them…this is a common practice.
