I was concerned that the 5% discount they promise did not work, and that the website did not work properly during checkout. My order was placed and did not reflect my discount, so I tried to call the “customer service”” number

and only received voice mail. So I used their online tool to cancel the order

and I received a cancelled order notification via email. nI wrote another email

asking for them to contact me as I still want the ring but I wanted to talk to someone

and never heard a word
