i purchased online a one-time cleaning and 3 yr service plan on may 31 from livecenter agent for aleph information technologies, based on unsolicited online warning and presumed authorization from apple company. agreement stipulated a one month "cooling period" and a "simple refund process" if for any reason i am unsatisfied. called 855 number several times; was promised someone would call back; no return call received. today is the last day of the "cooling period" (june 9), and i suspect i’ve been given runaround until the cooling period expired. i have documentation for all contacts made on may 31, june 3, and june 9.
