Complaint: I ordered a T-shirt from Teecity.com in early May. I assumed it was a legitimate site, but admit I did not do my background research. I found the company through a sponsored Facebook ad for a Star Wars Dad T-Shirt I thought would be a nice gift for my daughter to give her dad. Placed the order in early May. Ten days later, I received a shipping confirmation. However, the shirt never arrived. It has been a full month since I placed my order and i have yet to receive the shirt nor do I have any idea of its whereabouts since tracking information says it’s either lost or was never sent. I emailed the company to inquire about my missing shirt. I got a quick response at first from someone named “Mary L.”” who said she would investigate the issue. I followed up in a few days when I did not hear back. I have now followed up 4 times and no one will email me back. The site does not list a number to call
