I purchased an expensive high end toilet. The installation hardware included in the packaging isn’t compatible with the toilet. I contacted customer service who requested I e-mail photographs of the issue. I did so & received no response within 3 weeks. Therefore, I contacted them again by phone. They advised they were in receipt of my photographs but that they didn’t manufacture the product. I insisted they contact the manufacturer of the products they retail to get me replacement hardware. They insisted it would be 12 weeks before they could contact the manufacturer & suggested I install the toilet without mounting hardware. I’m very dissappointed with this retailer & caution consumers to avoid transacting with them.
