I ordered 2 Pashmina scarfs from THE PASHMINA STORE. They had advertised that they had gift wrapping & would also include a card that they would print for each scarf with the name of the Person I was giving it to with a brief message. WHEN I ORDERED THE ITEMS, THEY REQUESTED MY PHONE #. I INCLUDED MY PHONE NUMBER. THEY ALSO HAD A BOX FOR ORDER COMMENTS & I SPECIFICALLY WROTE IN THE BOX, & I HAVE IT ON MY RECEIPT TO “JUST MAKE SURE THESE 2 SCARFS ARE GIFT WRAPPED EACH INDIVIDUALLY & THE NOTES ARE INCLUDED FOR BOTH. I JUST RECEIVED THE SHIPMENT TODAY

AND IT JUST COMES IN A CRUMMY PLASTIC ENVELOP WITH NO GIFT BOXES

NO GIFT WRAPPING & NO INDIVIDUAL CARDS WITH ANY MESSAGE FOR THE 2 PERSONS I WAS GOING TO GIVE TO. I called customer service & spoke with someone there & asked for the manager & he said there is no manager there. I explained to him that I specifically left that message in the box to make sure these 2 scarfs are gift wrapped each individually & the notes are included for both. I made him understand that they dropped the ball on this

& he just gave excuse after excuse

which is unacceptable. THEN I ASKED HIM WHAT HE WILL DO
