WI sent them my bone collector new muzzleloader as it was not firing. My complaint is that they have the gall to say it will take 6 weeks to repair. | I bought a Matthews bow ten years ago. With their lifetime guarantee I sent in bow and I had it back in three days. | Which company would you pick to do business with? | Very sloppy company and they are making excuses of being backed up on vacation etc.
