Placed an order on 2013/07/08. A week later I had not received my order, or any contact after the initial emailed invoice, so I decided to check the status online. It was still showing as a “new”” order and had not been shipped. I sent an email inquiring about it

which was still unanswered by nearly the end of the next business day

so I called them. Turns out the tobacco that showed as in stock at the time of order

was actually out of stock. I couldn’t wait any longer

so I cancelled the order. I also told the rep I was very disappointed they didn’t contact me to let me know. The response – “”We don’t have your phone number””. Which I said was true but completely irrelevant
