I booked a ticket few weeks ago. But even after 24 hours, my ticket was not booked and my credit card not charged. I contacted customer care and they said that I have to sign some authorisation form so that they can charge my card and book the ticket. I did not signed the form and they said your ticket won’t be booked. Thats FineSo I went ahead with some other website and booked a ticket. But then these guys charged my card and booked the ticket again. I again contacted the customer service but only thing they said is that they are sorry, they will cancel the ticket and charge me 55 USD for that. So I lost 55 USD because of their mistake.Later I checked for reviews and came to know that lot of people lost money to this website. They even have lots of accreditation logos on their website which they don’t have. So they are luring people by giving them false sense of security.
