I bought a computer desk off of them and the picture attached shows how it arrived; an open and destroyed mess. I went through claim process through FedEx since this is how the Turismo Racing shipped it, and sent it back the next morning. FedEx sent it on a wrong truck to somewhere and Turismo Racing didn’t receive it. I have claim codes and numbers throughout this whole process to show this (FedEx claim #’s). Fedex said the original shipper (Turismo Racing) needs to file the claim to get me the refunded money. I have email from the Turismo Racing support email saying they filed a claim with FedEx to get me the refund. Then they stopped emailing me back all together and I lost 330$ because of this mess.
