I received an order today of a pair of Ugg that is definitely not what i had requested. they were a pair of ugg sized 5 USA; classic tall 3280W/chestnut. the ones I ordered were women sized USA 8 and not tall. i tried live talking to the Ugg site but not one has any knowledge of this. I was told to contact the sender but when i attempted to call the # listed on the shipping label it states the number has changed and no longer in services.
