Placed order 1/27/2020 (both items were in stock). Immediately received an email that I would be notified when items shipped. Credit card was charged. After 10 days and no email update about delivery, I emailed customer service three times and no response from company. Never received items ordered. I disputed charges with my credit card company. Venuswims website does not provide a phone number or address. The only way to contact them is via email and they don’t respond.
