Fraud, tricked into losing unlimited bandwidth plan


My Complaint: I had 3 agents tell me I would not lose my unlimited bandwidth when I upgrade. The third agent suggested I perform the new every two upgrade and then not activate the phone, after awhile my previous plan would be restored and I would be charged full price for the phone. I did not phone to activate my phone, and switched the MEID chip so as to look like my old phone. After a month, when the plan was not restored I began working to get my plan restored. All attempts to have my plan restored have failed. Text book fraud, tricked into signing a contract to the benefit of the company and detriment of myself.


My Demand: Restore my unlimited bandwidth plan.
