Basically this was my badd… My daughter originally placed an order with them last year and the 1st transaction went smoothly. she got what she ordered and loved it so much she placed a 2nd order and there is where it all started. She received something completely different then what she ordered, things happen, so she called to tell them of the mix up they were so kind and cordial over the phone like true southerners have the reputation of being. They advised my daughter that they would ship her the correct item asap and sorry for the inconveinence. That was the beginning of last year and we are still waiting. Ok so then we would call and never receive an answer well thats when we read about all the legal issues that “vixen” was having and that she had been incarcirated YIKES! so that explains what happen to her replacement. This year ii began receiving advertisements for their items so i figured she was back in business, up and running and i decided to give them a try. It was the coming memorial day weekend and they had a bogo sale. My daughter told me not to do it but i was like hey that was then this is now she has paid her debt to society she deserves a second chance so i will buy a cheaper item that way if things do go south im not out of a huge amount of money. the item i found was $19 listed as a BOGO & next day shipping. that was 5/22 the next day nothing i gave them sat, sun, and monday which was memorial day now that brings us to 5/27, I contacted them via phone where i spoke with Brea who advised that i would be getting a color i did not choose stating that the item on the site was now out of stock although thats not what was stated on the site, i asked Brea if i could take another item and with each item i choose that showed in stock on the site i was told that they were out of stock as well. Brea advised me that she would send what they had and it would ship the next day 5/28 “sorry for the inconvenience”. No tracking no nothing its now 5/29. I filed a claim with Paypal and then contacted vixen via online chat which failed to answer any questions saying i needed to contact customer service via phone, its a basement operation so im sure the web chat person is brea and the person in cs is brea which are all vixen. Anyway vixen informed me today that my order was cancelled and that the “accountant” would be issuing my refund via Paypal within 3-5 business days. What are the chances of that? they took the funds in minutes they should be able to return it in the same amount of time. The customer service covers their inadequacies with nice nice but this is extreme fraud to advertise items that you dont have in stock and promise to ship in less time than you have to get the item from the “supplier”… Dont do business with this company
