Not returning inquiries, order not received.
My Complaint: I ordered a blender from Wacy’s 2 months ago. Checking the order after a week, the item was on backorder. I gave them some time to fulfill the order, but item is still listed as backordered. I have filed a complaint with PayPal, but my complaint was filed more than 45 days after the order was placed, so PayPal will not do anything. I have contacted the vendor via their “contact us” link 3 times with no response and have also emailed them via the address they use for PayPal purchases. I have received no replies.
My Demand: Full money back
