I bought a Rainforest Jumperoo for my son for Christmas back in June. When I received the box, I packed it away. Christmas came and when my husband and I opened the box, out fell a smaller box containing a Rainforest bouncer. I immediately emailed customer service and got a reply the next day. The tone was unapologetic and aggressive. The agent stated that since the return window was passed Im out of luck. nI then took to facebook where customer service let loose with a tirade of blame laying exchanges and refused to make the purchase right. They even admitted fault and refused to issue a refund or product exchange. nThese people are flippant and nowhere on their site does it say to inspect the box. The also have close to 30 complaints on the Better Business Bureau site. Their facebook page is full of similar complaints, as well.
