It seems that this method is still confusing to USPS employees and they can not tell me where our merchandise is. At the same time younexplorers.com billed us. After over three hours on the phone to their customer service, it seems that I averaged having 40 other calls before me, I was able to get someone who put a replacement order through, although one items is now on back order, refunded original shipping, and promissed to have it overnighted for delivery on 12/18/07.
